reindeer reins
Plural: Unknown; currently impossible to determine
These reins are a, presumably high-tech and possibly alien, gadget with the power to temporarily summon temporally displaced animals we've decided to call "reindeer." These reindeer reins should not be confused with Reindeers' Reign, my post-apocalyptic young adult series where every day has been Christmas for the last two hundred years.

- Just jingling the reins seems like it might not get appropriately metal reindeer, so you amplify it to get the appropriate amount of sturm and drang. It's hard to say if the X damage is the reindeer or your amplification, but the X damage is definitely them... unless you miswired something.
