i just realized that, that only covers the low end. so it should be a little different. more like (Reflex - Enemy reflex + % of hit or miss = hit rate + % chance of fumble) i put the chance of fumble at the end because its counted as a -hit rather than a non-hit. --Reaper 16:26, 5 June 2008 (MST)
