+ | Because I don't see it noted anywhere, it looks like percent XP bonuses always round up (so 1 XP with a 1% bonus will round up from 1.01 to 2), and apply after Foe Toughness modifiers. So with a base XP of 150, +38 XP, +51% XP, and +50 FT, the total is (150+25)*1.51+38=302.25, rounded up to 303. I haven't tested it thoroughly enough to be 100% sure, though.
