Did you know that for amateur astronomers the best stargazing instrument isn't a telescope, it's a pair of quality binoculars? It's true. Unfortunately, these are not that pair of binoculars. They're good for an extra 10, 20, maybe 30 yards of visibility, but certainly not interstellar viewing.
