- Increases Reflexes by 4 + (S/2) + round(T/3), where S and T are respectively the number of
skill points invested in Upgrade Armor and Improved Tinkering. If S is 10, a bonus +1 is given(for a total of +10 before Tinkering). - Increases initiative by 5 + S.
- Prior to the introduction of skill points, increased reflexes by 8 and initiative by 10.
- Used to be called "Upgrade Armor: Initiative".
