v. to rest, to get renewed energy.
Okay, this is a game, not real life, so you don't actually make your character sleep. Instead, what you (the real-life you, the person playing the game) do is wait. As is explained thoroughly in the generally overlooked game manual, once per day you get more turns during an event known as rollover. If you need more details than that, try reading the manual.
