Mad Hamish has this badge. Anyone know how he got it? Maybe all the times he's restarted at level 1?
Other recycling-themed ideas: have a certain number of flyers/paper mache/pinatas or protest signs/kindling/weird sculptures?

I got 37 recycle adventures in the neighborhood and also no badge, so it's >37 so far... Skysurfer
Perhaps you need to assemble a certain range items that are comprised of junk you have found laying around. Since there are only a limited number of items you can assemble at lvl 1, it should not be hard to figure this one out. - Hodag
