Here are the past special events in TH.
Lets hope Ryme will add more.

• 11-07-2008: Buzzkill's Army (note:this area used to be known as the St. Anne Park event.)

• 10-21-2008: Frank's Ballpark
  • Limited Turns Event.
    
    
• 09-19-2008: Battle of the Bands
  • Full Day Event.
    
    
• 05-06-2008: Ryme's birthday (Note: This is likely to happen once a year for many years to come.)
  • Gift Via Message.
    
    
• 04-01-2008: April Fool's 2008
  • Full Day Event.
    
    
• 12-24-2007: Lump of coal
  • Gift Via Message.
    
    
• 11-20-2007: St. Anne Park (note:this area has become a permanent fixture in Downtown Twilight.)

• 09-30-2007: St. Anne Park
  • Limited Turns Event.

Notes

There are 3 know types of events.

1: "Limited Turns Event" Have a set amount of turns before the Location is locked. (Normally the amount of turns are less than the amount you receive from a rollover.)
2: "Gifts Via Message" An item is sent from Ryme via message.
3: "Full Day Event" Most if not all of the combats drop event items, and there may be event specific combat adventures throughout the games Locations.
