St. Anne Park is located in the Downtown Twilight.
You're in St. Anne Park, one of the larger and nicer public spaces in the city. Even at night it's a busy place, full of life and activity. It's one of the few places where people still feel safe to gather. There appears to be one particularly unruly mob of anarchists gathering in a large boxy building for some sort of meeting. Their signs have slogans like "Anarchy = freedom" and other relatively innocent-sounding catchprases [sic], but their glares as you stand nearby make it clear that they know who you are and don't think well of you.
