St. Anne Park is located in Downtown Twilight.
You're in St. Anne Park, one of the larger and nicer public spaces in the city. Even at night it's a busy place, full of life and activity. It's one of the few places where people still feel safe to gather.
In addition, if Reputation is honorable:
There appears to be one particularly unruly mob of anarchists gathering in a large boxy building for some sort of meeting. Their signs have slogans like "Anarchy = freedom" and other relatively innocent-sounding catchprases[sic], but their glares as you stand nearby make it clear that they know who you are and don't think well of you.
In addition, if Reputation is dishonorable:
Banners near one large gathering indicate that one group is a meeting of the "Goody Two Shoes Neighborhood Watch." It sounds innocent enough, you're met with sternly disapproving frowns even at a distance. It's clear that they know who you are and don't think well of you.
