faceless god

You are fighting a faceless god.

A massive horror rises up in front of you. The whole thing looks to be made of a kind of living stone. Its shape is that of the Great Sphinx from Egypt, but it wears a crown, and where its face should be, there's only an expanse of stars. My god, it's full of stars!
Your opponent attacks ...

Hit messages:

  • Power crackles over its body, apparently caused by the dry air from its desert home. It gently touches you, but the static charge is far from gentle. (electric) damage
  • It lowers its head, giving you a good look at the stars that make up its face. The infinite expanse of the cosmos shows you just how insignificant you are. (psychic) damage

it hits you for X damage.

Critical hit message:

Your opponent has a critical hit! it hits you for X damage.

Miss messages:

  • It lowers its head, giving you a good look at the stars that make up its face. The infinite expanse of the cosmos would show you how insignificant you are, but you're the center of the universe, baby!

Fumble messages:

Your foe fumbles! it takes X damage.

Victory! You beat up your foe and win the combat!

You gain ~460 experience.
