Reticulated Roundel of Ribald Resoluteness
Plural: Reticulated Roundels of Ribald Resoluteness
As I'm sure you know, a roundel is a small shield that was generally worn by foot soldiers in medieval times. This one is a little bigger than average, and has a cross-wise pattern over it, making it especially useful in blocking blows and smashing people in the face. Indeed, strapping this saucy shield to your arm makes you feel like singing bawdy songs while getting into a bar brawl with some knaves. It's kind of a weird feeling, actually.
