Woofers & Tweeters
Plural: Woofers & Tweeters
This candy is composed of a chalky, crunchy, sweet and sour composite material, available in several light pastel shades. It gets its name from the shape of the pellets, which are formed to look a bit like different types of birds and dogs. Canaries, eagles, dachsunds, chihuahuas, stuff like that. But no bird dogs--that would be taking it too far.

Notes

  • When creating this you get the message:

You smash the pinata with the baton for a while. Not surprisingly, a bunch of little kids show up to join in the fun. Okay, so it's surprising, because it's pretty late. The little kneebiters run off with your baton and most of your candy, but you get a little bit of it.

References

  • The name is a play on types of loudspeaker driver types, tweeter and woofer, which are themselves named after the onomatopoeic English words for a dog's bark, "woof" and a bird's song "tweet".
