Secretive Manacles
Plural: Unknown
Unlike most manacles, which tend to call attention to themselves, this set is small, slender, and easily hidden beneath a hero's clothing. To prevent being completely incapacitated, the manacles are actually designed to be worn with both pieces shackled to one wrist, like a double bracelet rather than one on each hand. None of that "one hand shackles the other" business here, no siree.
