Anna Conda

You are fighting Anna Conda.

Legend has it this giant one-fanged rainforest snake was brought to Twilight by a forgotten villain as a pet and guard-"dog" of sorts. The villain is long gone, but this unusually intelligent snake is still making trouble.
Your opponent attacks ...

Hit messages:

  • The snake spits venom at you, completely coating you. You're not sure which is worse: the venom or being coated in monster spit. On a moment's reflection, it's the venom. (acid) damage
  • Anna bites you. You've been bit by a snake with one fang! You're pretty sure there's a joke in there somewhere. (acid) damage
  • Anna Conda wraps you up in her coils and gives you a hug. Ulp! No, it's a bit tight for a hug.

She hits you for X damage.

Critical hit message:

Your opponent has a critical hit! She hits you for X damage.

Miss messages:

  • Anna chomps down on you, but it's with the side of her mouth where she's missing a fang, so you're just gummed a bit.
  • The snake lunges for you, but you trick her into biting her own tail. She writhes around in a figure-8 for a surprisingly long time before letting go.
  • Anna Conda tries to wrap you up and give you a "hug," but you insist you don't take hugs (or candy) from strangers.

Fumble messages:

Your foe fumbles! She takes X damage.

Victory! You beat up your foe and win the combat!
