This is a homemade jetpack constructed by duct taping two box fans together with a broomstick for a control mechanism. It's not going to take you far, and the lift is barely enough to allow you to peek in Mrs. Johnson's window, who lives above you. You're a true hero to the kids of your neighborhood when you "fly" above the street with this, though.
