"Hoo-doggies, it's windy up here!" says a bountifully mustachioed man as you approach. He has to repeatedly grab hold of his oversized Texas-style hat, which the stiff breeze keeps trying to blow off his head. "My name's Quincy P. M. Scoresby, and this here is my airship brigade. I'd be mighty pleased to rent y'all one of my airships for the day, as long as y'all have a pilot's certification."
Another gust of wind nealy knocks his hat off yet again as he holds out his hand for your pilot's license. "All right! That certification looks gen-yoo-wine to me! Which one of these puppies would you like to rent?"
