This is a one-use, disposable, robot doctor in a box. Just press the start button, and a mechanized medic will activate and patch up the worst of your wounds.
It might be tempting, as a prank, to set one of these near a sleeping friend and press the button to watch the robot try to resuscitate them, but let me assure you that it's not nearly as funny as it sounds like it ought to be.
