While working your way through the various hallways of the underwater base, you find what appears to be the office of one of the base henchmen. It's full of various curious objects that you can only assume are trophies from his criminal exploits. You're actually a little surprised at all the crimes he's committed over the years, and you spend a few minutes jotting down a little inventory to hand over to Rand once you're done here; you figure the police would want to know who is responsible for all those unsolved crimes.
While you're taking inventory, you decide to rifle through his desk, to see if there's anything else of interest hidden inside. It's mostly just pens and sticky notes, but you also find a little key card. This looks just like what you need to open that door!
