After spading a combined 925 turns, I have the totals here[http://th.blandsauce.com/wiki/index.php5?title=Talk:Investigate_the_trash_bin_out_back] and I have reason to believe it might be time-dependent. Requires more spading. --[[User:Pantomine|Pantomine]] 20:11, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

he looks like that puppet from sesame street the one who lives in the garbage can, it's been well over 18 years since i have seen it. --Reaper 04:05, 6 September 2008 (MST)

Oscar the Grouch it is. I believe it could be found in "Investigate the trash bin out back". Yamum

This item is going to drive Cristiona crazy.- Pantomine/PantomineX

Grabbed one on Random Number Generator, no a common drop, but not exceptional rare (think wooden cup more than corrupt am).
Also removed "PantomineX was the first user to acquire this item." since there is no reason for it on the item page (go ahead check all the other rares). - malk

Now the rarity of this item needs to be determined. I couldn't classify it as common or semi-rare and perhaps not the level of UR (could be but not sure). Further spading is required and any results or opinions should be placed here. -Yamum

Took me 500+ turns :/ -Neocamp22

Got a second one at 150+ turns. -Pantomine/PantomineX

Found one after 150 turns. 2800 turns later, still just the one. - StrLikeCrazy
