You are fighting a tcho-tcho.
This is a short, ugly, humanoid. His body looks something like a caveman that has been corrupted by some malign influence. He lets out a loud battle cry as he charges, wielding a stone-tipped spear.

Hit messages:
- He shouts something that roughly translates to "Captain Caveman!" in his native language and then grins as the roof falls on you. He hits you for X damage.
- He spears you like a fish. You wriggle and flop around, also like a fish. He hits you for X damage.
- You get distracted wondering "if this is a tcho-tcho, what's a single tcho?" and fail to dodge when he sticks you with his spear. He hits you for X damage.
