The back of the cave turns into a warm, damp hole in the ground, large enough to climb into. You start to work your way down, but a gurgling hiss from below catches your attention. With shock you have time to realize that water is rushing up at your from below, before a geyeser of water blasts you back out of the cave, scalding you as it rolls you mercilessly against the rough rock walls. You lose 67 HP.
