Another idea: What about a page that lists all the locations you can patrol in and the average experience the combat adventures give? The table could be expanded of course (number of noncombats, chips, and the like), but a general patrol table seems very helpful for newcomers and more experienced user alike.

(I'm thinking of something like this [http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Area_Summary] here, just with experience instead of "safe moxie". Add a note "higher experience means more dangerous foes" and users will be able to figure out where to go themselves).

Many of these cannot be patrolled in. We probably want to put them in a separate category. Ideas? --Muhandes 18:42, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

I think it's better to make one or two new categories - patrol-ables and non-patrol-ables (names could be better, I know. ^^). Locations as a catch all is fine by me. --Alarion 18:57, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

I agree in general, but there are many good and useful ideas. I think it should start as a User Guide, created and maintained by users. If it seems appropriate we will elevate it to Guide status and maintain it.--Muhandes 07:36, 30 August 2009 (UTC)
