Thundarr here is faster and stronger than any of his fellow lokhar, and is much more dangerous. Oh, and don't get hung up on the phonetic similarity between Thundarr and the English word "thunder." It's just a linguistic coincidence. Thundarr is common name over there, like John or Steve.
