You step out into the street, looking for a fight. Unfortunately, you're apparently way too amped up. A veritable whirlwind of frusion locusts swarm into the sky, their sole intent to devour your energy. You try to fight, and you even manage to get a bunch of them, but ultimately it's futile. Their little frusion tendrils and pinchers get everywhere; it's just awful. The creatures devour your excess energy, and leave you drained and shaken. You lose X PP.
You gain 45 XP.
You remember what Ebeneezer said, about not going into the area with too many power points, and consider the wisdom of that statement.
