News reports say something really weird is going on in a neighborhood you haven't really patrolled before, called Hyde Park. Chaos, destruction, and weird energy signatures. Sounds like the perfect thing for a hero to investigate. Hyde Park is in the northwest side of the city, so you'll need a good vehicle to make it out there.


The (Jekyll and) Hyde Park Zone was introduced with one location, Hyde Park streets.
