medevac chopper
Plural: Unknown
A medevac chopper, also known as an air ambulance, is as good as it gets when it comes to rapid response to medical emergencies. Not only is it a fast and highly agile helicopter, but it also has a complete emergency trauma center in the back that can heal you[sic] wounds lickity-split. Or at least keep you alive long enough to get to a hospital.

Sadly, this is a surplus model, so it's a little old, and just because you have a flying clinic doesn't mean you have a highly trained trauma team, but you could still patch yourself up after a nasty fight. On the other hand, it has a remote piloting system, so it can easily swoop in for a quick fix. Not even Ernest Borgnine can compare to the skill of the autopilot.
