: In general "One Time encounter" refers to once per run. If something only occurs once per character it should be strictly mentioned. - In general "One Time encounter" refers to once per run. If something only occurs once per character it should be strictly mentioned. I'm not sure there are many, all I can think of is white jumpsuit.
