How exactly does the "-5 extra ranged attack(s) per turn" feature work, and is there anything that can be done to make this weapon useful? I tried it and it mostly doesn't do anything, with messages like "You attack ... absolutely nothing happens when you pull the trigger. Did you forget to install that Tosche power converter?", but every now and then it says I hit "-2 times" and the damage is huge. Hannahmaus 08:27, 19 October 2010 (PDT)
