How Obtained
When Used in Combat
You hurl the wad of flash powder at the ground. Presumably it bursts into a brief but bright flame, which temporarily blinds your opponent. You wouldn't know, though, because you've been running the other direction for about a minute now. The lack of some sort of weapon piercing your back is a good sign, though.. (ends combat without costing time)
