semi-rare
n. An informal term for items which tend to have (roughly) on the order of a 1% drop rate, such as the corrupt amulet or the special wooden cup. Most do respond to item drop modifiers and are just normal items with low rates, which means there's almost no real reason to even have a name for them, but they do anyway.
