Halloween 2014 was celebrated on the day of the real life event, October 31st 2014.
- The following message appeared on the main window:
|
- All foes had a 29.1 ± 1.9% chance of dropping one of the following items:
- The avatar of each hero was changed to one of the following:
- The streets of Somerset was opened and tissue candy bag was added to all foes there with a 19.2 ± 1.6% drop chance.
- If a player had a tissue candy bag in their inventory when looking at a player's profile there'd be the following text below their level:
- The lights are on! You could trick-or-treat!
- If looking at your own profile:
- It's typically considered weird to trick-or-treat at your own house.
- If looking at a profile from an account that shared the same IP as yours:
- This looks suspiciously like your house. Trick-or-treating here would be weird.
- If looking at a profile from an account that didn't login during October 2015:
- <player>'s hideout doesn't have the light on, so trick-or-treating is probably out.
- If looking at a profile from an account that has already been trick-or-treated:
- You trick-or-treated from <player> this year and already got some delicious candy. You make a note to drop back by next year.
- When you click on trick or treat, depending on the class of the profile you're browsing, you'll get the following:
- You ring the doorbell on <player>'s hideout and get a packet of electro-pops! They're like a thunderstorm on your tongue!
- You got an item: electro-pops
- You ring the doorbell on <player>'s hideout and get nothing! Absolutely nothing! Well, it looks like nothing... <player> assures you it's delicious candy.
- You got an item: invisible candy
- You ring the doorbell on <player>'s hideout and get a candy brick. Well, one step towards building a tiny candy house.
- You got an item: candy brick
- You ring the doorbell on <player>'s hideout and get some puppy chow! Well, it's quite a bit heartier and entirely more feral than normal puppy chow.
- You got an item: wolf pup chow
- A section was added to the "Other Notes" page of the journal listing "Trick or Treat" with the following line:
- You had a mob of X trick-or-treaters this year.
