Plural: well-balanced teeter totters
This is the pinnacle of teeter totter engineering. It's so well balanced that someone has placed a single marble on the teeter side, pushing it to the ground and the totter side into the air. You manage to resist the urge to smash down on the totter side and send the marble flying, but only just.
