This is a book that will train you to open your "Detective Eye", which is like your third eye, but specific to crime-fighting types. It'll let you follow clues and give everything a really weird tint.
It will also allow you to see after-images of defeated criminals, allowing you to tangle with them again, should you wish. And those fights will be so much better, because things in the past were always better. Why, I bought my first car for about $3.50!
