Who Are You Calling Vile?

Hidden amidst the thick, jungle-like vegetation, you find what looks like a hermit's shack on the outside, but turns out to me more like a hermit's laboratory on the inside. It's the typical mad scientist lab, with beakers and vials scattered everywhere, bits of dead animals and their skeletons stuffed on shelves, equations covering the blackboards, and the like. There's one pot bubbling away in the middle, filled with some noxious but clear liquid. It smells a little like alcohol. Or turpentine. Or vapo-rub. You're not quite sure.

Doing what any sensible person would do, you find the cleanest vial within reach and ladle out a sample of the liquid, which you then take with you.

You find an item: foul spirits.
