I got this again(I had the previous set in my inv, too). I guess it's technically once-per-run rather than once per character). Probably not very important info, though. Edivad 03:09, 14 October 2010 (PDT)

In general "One Time encounter" refers to once per run. If something only occurs once per character it should be strictly mentioned. Perhaps we should start a "One Time encounters" page and link to it, I am not sure, I'll think of it. --Muhandes 06:03, 14 October 2010 (PDT)
