Halloween 2008

Halloween 2008 was celebrated on the day of the real life event, October 31st 2008.

• The following message appeared on the main window:

Happy anniversary, Twilight! Thanks to everyone who has made the last year so great, and to all of you who will make this next year even better. Also, happy Halloween! There's candy to be found out there. It's a consumable, but it doesn't fill the same slot as caffeine. Enjoy!

• The Sugar items and mechanic were introduced during the event. This included sugar items that continue to drop after the event, and the following 3 items which dropped from any foes:
  • fall-colored chocolates‎
  • marshmallow-covered chocolate‎
  • Spider Skitters‎
• The avatar of each hero was changed to one of the following:
