The phrases "they're dancing all over the place" and "small as a penguin" refers to the cartoon movie Happy Feet.
The phrase "two wild and crazy guys" refers to the Saturday Night Live characters Yortuk and Georg Festrunk, played by Steve Martin and Dan Aykroyd, who would frequently dance around awkwardly and say, "We are... two wild and crazy guys!"
"Happy Feet" and "got small" are also references to Steve Martin stand-up routines.
