the message seems to be reputation based as vigilante i got the anarchy one and as watchdog i got "You're in St. Anne Park, one of the larger and nicer public spaces in the city. Even at night it's a busy place, full of life and activity. It's one of the few places where people still feel safe to gather. Banners near one large gathering indicate that one group is a meeting of the "Goody Two Shoes Neighborhood Watch." It sounds innocent enough, you're met with sternly disapproving frowns even at a distance.
