This is a long, spiraled horn that you found in the muck underwater. It makes you think of a unicorn, but we all know unicorns don't exist.

Usable Gets you a sidekick/companion.
You hold up the horn and a cool breeze starts to blow. In a swirl of snow, a six-legged furry monster with a very similar horn appears. It takes the horn from you and awaits your command. (Duration: 240 minutes.)

seems to do physical + cold damage Your gnoph-keh howls loudly, summoning up a gale of blinding snow, completely distracting your opponent.
