Bats!

It takes some effort to slither through a small hole into what appears to be the final room of the cave. The first thing you notice is the smelly goop you land in when you slide to the floor. The second thing you notice is the hundreds of bats that erupt into an utter panic at your presence. None of them are that large, but collectively the lot of them manage to bite and scratch you repeatedly, causing you to scrape and bruise yourself again and again as you fight them off and scramble back through the tunnel to safety. You lose 70 HP.
