Made by assembling two paper mache.
If used with a baseball bat in inventory, both are consumed and you get the following message and effect:
You pick up the pinata, and get ready to bash it. Then you remember you've got a baseball bad around somewhere. So you get out the bat and go to town. It's fun. It's so fun you want to call it "the funnest thing I've done all day" even though funnest isn't a word. You're just that amused. When you're done, neither the pinata nor the bat have much left. You get an effect, Feelin' Festive. (Added for 45 minutes.)
