You squeeze the frusion speck in your hand until it is absorbed by your skin. You gain 8-12 PP.
Using multiple:
You squeeze the frusion specks in your hand until you have absorbed their power. You gain some PP.
Against frusion foes:
You don't really have time to let the speck dissolve into your skin while you're fighting, so you pop it into your mouth and chew on it. It tastes a little like tin foil, but in a bad way. You get something out of it, but not as much as you might if you had more time. You gain 6-10 PP.
Against other foes:
You're trying to use an item that probably hasn't been implemented yet. Really sorry about that.
