This "Location" is only available when you have A.R.F. free pass. You can get here by either using a card directly, choosing to cash in a card at the Virtual Reality Gaming Center or using the last area link. Every time you visit this area you loose one card.

Accessing this location always starts with the Shall We Play A Game? (A.R.F.) choice adventure.
