Made from a polished madstone dropped by some infernal fiend, wearing this pendant lets you exhibit all the charm of Abaddon. Admittedly, there's more charm in your little finger than there is in the entirety of Abaddon, but as your little finger is exceptionally charming that still leaves plenty of room for this talisman to shine.

• Confirmed to be dropped by a monster in the fiendish pit with the following name combination: "freak-tesque fiend from the inferno". Therum has been quoted saying "It's rather simple, but it's also genius. And that's all I'll say." please make your guesses on the discuss page, not here
• As of January 5th, 2008, the fiend name correlation between the charm was confirmed to be discontinued.
