Question: What happens if you have more than 5 skill points in Upgrade Weapons, and wear + % chance to fumble gear? Would it increase your chance to get a critical hit? Does this effect make the theoretical maximum for +% to crit 30%? (20% from crits, 10% from would be fumbles)? --Blackmatter615 11:29, 26 October 2010 (PDT)
