Computer 2 is currently applying the decryption process onto some code, in order to turn it into what-knows-whom.
Effect
When this effect runs out you get the message:
Your watch beeps, reminding you that your computer has finished its decryption work.
You got an item: physiology scan code 
Obtained From
Setting Vlad's Decryptonomicon software to run on computer 2, and setting city map code to be decrypted.
Notes
- While running, the computer in your Computer Lab will show "Currently decrypting some unused code".
