I just checked on Molly (who is level 2 with 500k+ XP), and she was able to start the quest. Looks like XP is sufficient. Cristiona
As long as you don't turn in the quest, you can continue to farm marium items; however the the quest giver will take them all, so it's probably not worth it. Cristiona (talk) 21:14, 27 August 2013 (PDT)
