  • can probably appear on any round (I even saw it several times in a row in the same combat)
  • does not necessarily appear in a combat
  • one of the possible messages looked like it might be time-of-night-dependant (reflection of setting sun)
  • I saw it do only electrical damage, of magnitude 1 (against electricity-immune foes ;) and ~350, but then I ran AA and didn't check how much it hurts after midnight
