Transparent tin, along with other transparent materials like diamonds and aluminum, are traditional gifts for the landmark 10th anniversary. You'll need to have come quite a way to see this... or see through it, as the case may be. On the bright side, it doesn't block your sight like a normal tin torus, so it'll be easier to hit things.

How Obtained
Gift item for TH's 10 year anniversary and was only awarded to people who logged in on Halloween 2017.
It arrived in a message that said:
